Research and development of organic acids and natural compounds

Results of preliminary research on organic acid polymer absorption capacity

1. Equipment: Thermostat, electronic scale

2. Water temperature: 37℃ ±1℃ / Water volume: 3500ml

3. Time left in the thermostat: 30 minutes (based on the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety test standards)

4. After removing from the thermostat, remove moisture for 30 seconds and then measure the weight.

1. Previous research_ Absorption test

We have confirmed an absorption rate of over 200% in a product combining organic acids and polymers compared to our existing products, and we are continuing research and development after being selected as a general project with purchase conditions for small and medium-sized venture companies (2024-2025).

2. Previous research_MTT Assy & Wound Healing

It was confirmed that there was no cytotoxicity when organic acid polymer and human skin cells were co-cultured for 48 hours. Compared to the control, MTT Assy showed an increase in cell activation of more than 15% and Wound Healing showed 77% wound recovery for 12 days, and the skin regeneration effect was confirmed through animal testing.

NO plasma activation water research and development

Study on the skin regeneration and disinfection effects of plasma water

This study verified and analyzed the sterilizing effect of plasma-activated water over time, concentration, and temperature after drying by adding plasma-activated water to polyurethane formulations, and confirmed the commercialization potential of various forms such as adhesive 3D-shaped wound dressings or liquid wound dressings with efficacy (skin regeneration, disinfection). Research for commercialization is in progress (2024-2027).
